Hi, I am a student from Bangladesh. I want to study Bachelor in International Business Studies from the university. I scored 5.5 in IELTS. so i am confused to apply for the program. But i scored 110 in Duolingo English Test. Do i eligible to apply

It's very nice to hear that you want to join the International Business programme. However, according to the admission and entry requirements page (https://www.saxion.edu/studying-in-the-netherlands/application/admission-and-entry-requirements ), you would need at least a 6.0 on your IELTS in order to qualify for the programme and Duolingo is usually not counted as a certification.
