I am replying in English as I can't speak any Dutch, so I hope i got your question right (I study Software Engineering and my program is in English).
On the website, you can see content of the program and what you learn each year.
Our lectures very. I would say mostly we have actual classes where we learn about concepts to apply, we get some assignments, do some exercises during the lecture and so on. There are also some classes, where we work on a project which can be individual, or in a group. In general, I would say you really have to practice to grasp and understand how to apply the best what you have learned so yes as well - you learn by doing it but concepts are usually well explained.
