Hey Shallwin, these are the requirements for participating in the master´s programme:

"Admission to the Applied Nanotechnology Master's programme is conditional on having a Bachelor’s degree in a suitable Engineering or Life Science subject (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc.). Experience in the execution of projects is key, but in addition, students must demonstrate that they have the motivation and determination to successfully complete the programme. Students must have adequate English-language skills."

If you do not already have extended knowledge in a life-science field or in physics, you probably would not be allowed to follow this master. The ICT bachelor seems to be rather software and infrastructure oriented while the master applied nanotechnology is engineering oriented.

I hope that i could answer your questions to you satisfaction.
