Halo, my goal is to get a masters degree in computer science and i don't know which one is better to prepare me for it HBO-ICT or Aplied CS.

HBO-ICT would be more directly fitting to a masters degree in computer science, however it is perfectly possible to do this master with Applied Computer Science.

I'd suggest to look at both studies and see what fits you the best. If you dislike electric circuits and have no interest in microcontrollers, you're probably better off doing HBO-ICT.
